How SiloSpi Works
Automated Continuous Inventory Monitoring
Our advanced silo level monitoring system collects vital inventory data, which is then transmitted to a secure cloud server using Cellular, Sigfox or LoRa. There is no need for internet connection. Users can conveniently access accurate, real-time inventory data via phone or any IoT-enabled device, ensuring that they have real-time insights at their fingertips.

How BinVoice Works
Fast AI-Assisted Inventory Recording
BinVoice is AI-powered inventory recording software that lets users capture inventory in seconds using voice. Eliminate paperwork, spreadsheets and manual transcriptions. Use BinVoice as a standalone inventory solution or alongside SiloSpi to keep inventory data accurate and synchronized across your operation. Just download the app on both the Google Play and Apple App Store.

Many Operators Choose Both
SiloSpi
✓ Permanently monitors difficult, hazardous, or high-priority silos
✓ Eliminates climbing and manual inspections
✓ Automatic 24/7 monitoring
✓ Best for critical inventory points.
BinVoice
✓ Ideal for silos that are still measured manually
✓ Keeps existing measuring practices while digitizing the data
✓ AI-powered voice recording after manual measurements
✓ Best for mills that can not justify a sensor on every bin
Together, SiloSpi and BinVoice provide a complete inventory visibility system. From fully automated monitoring on critical silos to rapid AI-assisted recording for manually measured bins. Choose the solution that best fits your operation, or combine both for maximum efficiency.

Case Study of SiloSpi Grain Bin Monitoring System

Deployment of LvLogics SiloSpi in Animal Feed Mill
Location: Kiernan Milling, Granard, Co. Longford, IRELAND
Objective: To deploy LvLogics Ltd. SiloSpi units on large-scale animal feed silos to accurately monitor grain, finished product and molasses levels and optimize inventory management.
Project Scope
• Site Assessment: Evaluate silo suitability for SiloSpi grain bin monitoring system installation based on size, volume, and structural integrity.
• Unit Installation: Deploy 26 SiloSpi units in one building and 12 in the other, ensuring optimal placement and connectivity.
• Data Collection: Commence real-time monitoring of silo contents using the LvLogics platform.
Installation Process
• Site Conditions: The mill’s active operation and existing infrastructure (compressed air, power, observation holes) facilitated efficient installation. Installation occurred during normal operations.
• Sensor Placement: Units were strategically mounted above fill chutes to avoid direct contact with grain during filling.
• Pre-Installation Checks: Rigorous signal strength assessments (Sigfox and cellular) were conducted to ensure reliable data transmission.
• Sensor Orientation: Units were initially pointed towards estimated low points of the silos, subject to potential adjustments based on operational data.
Configuration and Monitoring
• Data Collection Frequency: Height readings are captured every 30 minutes.
• Operational Monitoring: Automatic reporting of compressor and sensor cleaning activities.
• Alert Thresholds: These are set individually on each bin according to the operational use of that bin. Levels can be set anywhere between 0% and 100% and a high- and low-level alert can be set
• Calibration: Conducted in collaboration with the mill manager / operator to ensure accurate measurements in weight.
Conclusion
The successful deployment of LvLogics Ltd. SiloSpi units at Kiernan Milling demonstrates their effectiveness in monitoring large-scale silos. By providing real-time data on raw materials & finished product levels, the system enables optimized inventory management, reduced waste, and improved operational efficiency.

Data can be directly integrated into the customers’ ERP or CRM systems for efficient management & analysis.
